If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and store credit under the following conditions:

• Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
• Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive your exchange/store credit within 5-7 working days.
